#DIY 001 Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕

Easy recipe for Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕, DIY! Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
Only two ingredients are needed: Bread and also the Ice Cream.

1st, use a glass and press it on the surface of the bread, to make a shape(mark).

2nd, base on the shape(mark) made, allocate one spoon of ice cream on the bread as shown, please make sure it is on the middle. Than, take one more bread to cover the ice cream. Repeat the 1st step, which is use the same glass and press it on the breads hardly. Once done, can either use knife or scissor to get rid the rest part of the breads according to the shape(mark). and Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕 should looks alike picture as shown below. 

Ice cream fact is that it is best eaten when it is cold, but than in the process of making this Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕, the ice cream are actually melting. So it is important to keep the  Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕 in the refrigerator for at least one hour for the best result, or for one day.

Special thing about  Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕 is that we no need to use any flour, so just take out the  Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕 from refrigerator and put it into the boiling oil directly. Less than 30seconds and you will notice the colour change, which means it is cook and can be take out, please dont cook too long as the ice cream will melt. and it is ready to be serve! The question on how to make  Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕? No worries, it is as easy as this, somemore  Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕 is the favourite of everyone no matter for the little kids or the grown up. Cheers!

Allianz Penang Bridge International Marathon 2012

Not sure why, running for marathon is one of my wish and this time I'm going to turn it into reality which I already done my marathon sign up for the coming Allianz Penang Bridge International Marathon, race date 18th November 2012 under the category of half marathon Ops, actually is just 10k run, hahah! For me this Penang Bridge International Marathon 2012 should be very interesting because is going to be my very first time to visit Penang, and Marathon race is my "what to do in Penang?". Looks like what Penang Tourism done is really working! Hahah & I always telling my friends silly joke that I want to contribute my virgin aka. first time of visit to Penang Malaysia by running Penang bridge.



and too bad I'm running for 10k run not the half marathon, which the difference is another 11 kilometers@@|| Besides I gotta thanks my BPB coursemate Toh as well, for bringing up this brilliant idea of marathon race, plus providing me the one night accommodation near to Queensbay Mall, and add me into his gang of friends that not just for running marathon but also food kaki which we already planed to go for the biggest burger in Malaysia - Zul's Burger Penang, near Bayan Lepas. Thank God for these all. But the Marathon in November, just hope by that time there is no any exam, assignment or presentation around=_=||

For those that also interested, the upcoming marathon application are still ongoing and marathon information can be gain through the official website here. "Currently, more than six thousand runners have already registered for the marathon, which is three times the number of participants compared to last year. This year, around 30,000 participants are expected to run on the Penang Bridge; an increase from last year’s number of 27,500." - Allianz Penang Bridge International Marathon. So are you going to be one of 30,000? because I'm!

Besides pleasure of running the Penang Bridge, Allianz Penang Bridge International Marathon is also one of the prestigious Malaysia marathon and participants will have the opportunity to get the lovely finisher medal and Asics's running vest! One more good news is that, Asics Malaysia in collaboration with Allianz Penang Bridge International Marathon 2012 is having their FREE running clinic(s) to
improve runner's running performance by trainer Frank Chong and my luck is that one of the clinic place is at Taman Rekreasi Tasik Y, Batu Pahat on 9th September from 7.30 until 10am. *For those that register can actually get Asics freebies too! Huuha, really nice right?^_^

  1. From next year, the annual Penang Bridge International Marathon 2013 will move to a new site — the spanking new second Penang bridge. which will be 24km long, will be long enough to host an entire 42km full marathon.
  2. The RM4.5bil second Penang bridge, which will be the longest in South-East Asia, is reported to be some two months ahead of the schedule from its Sept 8 completion date.
  3. Currently, the marathon start/finish point is at Queensbay Mall, with runners advancing onto the 13.5km Penang Bridge before making a U-turn and head back to the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway. Penang Tourism Development and Culture Committee Chairman Danny Law said that starting November 2013, runners would start the race on the Batu Maung side of the second bridge before heading to the Batu Kawan end
